Jo is a writer, expat, wife and mother of 3. She’s a lover of all arts, the outdoors and creatures great and small. Her background in psychology informs her writing and she’s interested in wellbeing and interpersonal dynamics. She lives outside London with her family and animals and has discovered a new sense of home, belonging and evolving identity after 23 years of traveling and adventuring.
